How to unsubscribe from alerts or close your account

Stop job alerts

To unsubscribe from job alerts:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the Alerts section in your account dashboard.

3. You will see a list of your active job alerts.

4. Select the red X next to each alert you want to delete.

Once deleted, you will no longer receive job alert emails linked to those alerts. If you still receive alerts after doing this, please contact our support team.

Close your account

If you no longer want to be registered on s1jobs or jobs24:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Account settings in your account dashboard.

3. Look for the option Close account.

4. Select this option and follow the on screen prompts to confirm.

Closing your account will permanently remove your profile and associated data from our system. If you have any questions or need help at any point, please contact our support team.
