How do I log into my account or reset my password?
This article explains how recruiters and jobseekers can log in to their accounts and reset their passwords.
For recruiters
Log in
If you have used s1jobs since December 2020 you will have an x1jobs recruiter account. Your username is your email address.

Go to the recruiter log in page:

Enter your email address and password.

Select Log in.
If your password is not recognised, follow the password reset steps below.
Reset your recruiter password

Go to the recruiter password reset page:

Enter the email address you use for your recruiter account.

Follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive.
If you do not receive an email, check your junk or spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
If your email is not recognised
If you have not used s1jobs for a while, your old recruiter details may no longer be active.
If your email is not recognised:

Contact email customerservice@s1jobs.com or contact your sales account manager during office hours on 0141 302 7510 (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm).

For self service online posting create a new self service recruiter account and purchase credits online:
For jobseekers
Log in
If you are applying for jobs, we recommend creating an account so you can save your details and track your applications. You can still apply with your CV without an account, but an account makes things easier.
To log in or create a jobseeker account:

Go to the jobseeker log in page:

Enter your email address and password to sign in, or

Select the option to register and create a new account if you do not have one.
Reset your jobseeker password
If you have forgotten your password:

Go to the jobseeker password reset page:

Enter the email address linked to your jobseeker account.

Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you do not receive an email, check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you are using the same email address you registered with.
