You can now create and send automated follow-up messages to candidates who apply for your job postings. This feature allows you to streamline communication and request important information after an application is submitted.

- Message Template Builder
A new template builder is available for creating automated messages. It includes auto-populate fields such as:- Candidate Name
- Job Title
- Company Name
These fields ensure your messages are personalized and professional. - Recruiter Name
How It Works

Create and save a Message Template
- Go to the Template Builder.
- Create a name for your template
- Add your message subject and message content (e.g., next steps, contact details).
- Use auto-populate fields for personalization.

Enable Automated Sending
- Choose the option at the bottom of the job posting form by selecting your template to send this message automatically after a candidate submits their application.
