Overview

You can now create and send automated follow-up messages to candidates who apply for your job postings. This feature allows you to streamline communication and request important information after an application is submitted.

What’s New?

  • Message Template Builder
    A new template builder is available for creating automated messages. It includes auto-populate fields such as:
    • Candidate Name
    • Job Title
    • Company Name
      These fields ensure your messages are personalized and professional.
    • Recruiter Name

How It Works

  1. Create and save a Message Template

    • Go to the Template Builder.
    • Create a name for your template
    • Add your message subject and message content (e.g., next steps, contact details).
    • Use auto-populate fields for personalization.

  1. Enable Automated Sending

    • Choose the option at the bottom of the job posting form by selecting your template to send this message automatically after a candidate submits their application.
